Ordering & delivery

How do I order a festive roast?

Pick your roast, sides and extras, then choose a date, a time slot and pickup or delivery. Sending the order is a request, not a purchase: we confirm the details with you on WhatsApp, then send a secure payment link for the full amount. Your order is locked in once it's paid.

How far ahead do I need to order a roast?

We need at least 72 hours' notice so we can cook it fresh. Some roasts need longer, and the checkout calendar only offers dates we can do. Christmas dates fill up, so book early.

How much is a roast?

Roasts are $348 to $2,388, depending on the cut and how many it feeds. Sides, Yorkshire puddings and carving are added as you build your order, and the total is shown before you send it.

How much is delivery?

Pickup from The Den, 8 Oaklands Path, Sai Ying Pun is free. Delivery is $150 to Hong Kong Island, $300 to Kowloon, $400 to New Territories. We'll confirm anywhere outside these areas with you first.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure payment link we send once your order is confirmed. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp on 5496 9406 as early as you can and we'll do our best to move the date, change the order or sort out a refund. The closer it is to your date, the less we can change, because the food has been bought and prepared for you.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

Tell us at checkout and we'll plan around them. Everything is made in one kitchen that handles common allergens, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free of them.
